Hi, I’m Ruth. I’m a Seattle-area Christian who happens to play the harp as a career. I also work part-time at my church and do freelance web and graphic design work for local non-profit organizations. I like coffee, good books, Apple products, chamber music, hanging out with interesting people, crossword puzzles, and thinking.

Counterpoint Cafe is my attempt to pull together various observations and lessons I’ve learned as a Christian in the creative industry. Mixed in you’ll find plenty of lighter fare: classical music nerdiness, gig stories, interesting or inspiring quotes, and the like.
